Project and sound by MARG8 AudioVisual Art. The structure is made up of 3 spiral threaded metal poles in the center of which runs a toothed wheel integral with the gears. Inside the wheel, a series of 3 RGB color lasers are positioned radially and point inwards. To undergo the liturgy, the subject stands still in the center of the upper part of a platform made up of 2 round steps, equipped with protective glasses. The toothed wheel, rotating inside the threaded poles which turn via electric motors placed in the bases, moves from top to bottom. The ambient lights dim and after a cycle of complete passes of the lasers from head to toe the procedure ends. IT Progetto e suono di MARG8 AudioVisual Art. La struttura è composta da 3 pali metallici filettati a spirale al cui centro scorre una ruota dentata solidale con gli ingranaggi. All’interno della ruota sono posizionati radialmente una serie di laser dei 3 colori RGB che puntano all’interno. Per sottoporsi alla liturgia il soggetto si posiziona immobile al centro della parte superiore di una pedana composta da 2 gradoni rotondi, munito di occhiali protettivi. La ruota dentata ruotando all’interno dei pali filettati che girano tramite motori elettrici posti nelle basi, si muove dall’alto in basso. Le luci dell’ambiente si attenuano e dopo un ciclo di passaggi completi dei laser da capo a piedi termina la procedura.
