ALTERNISTATERA - alternate equilibrium - alternating balance A project by MARG8 AudioVisualArt The installation consists of a path through a U-shaped tunnel at the ends of which there are entrances and exits, in the center a passage over a treadmill that moves alternately back and forth for a short time. On the sides two walls they heat and cool alternately and the roof is made up of a luminous ceiling light that turns on and off like a slow stroboscope. The 2 opposite sides of the inlet and outlet there are 2 large fans which rotate alternately creating a slow flow of air that comes and goes. The aim is to create an alternating sensory experience. IT ALTERNISTATERA - equilibrio alternato Un progetto di MARG8 AudioVisualArt L’installazione è costituita da un percorso attraverso un cunicolo alle cui estremità ci sono entrata e uscita, al centro un passaggio sopra un tapis roulant che si muove alternativamente per un breve tempo avanti e indietro, ai lati due pareti che si scaldano e raffreddano alternatamente e il soffitto è composto da una plafoniera luminosa che si accende e spegne a mo’ di lento stroboscopio. Ai 2 lati opposti rispetto l’entrata e l’uscita sono posizionate 2 grandi ventole che ruotano alternatamente creando un lento flusso d’aria che va e che viene. Lo scopo è creare un’esperienza sensoriale alternata.
